A member directory that syncs with Planning Center

If your church already keeps people, photos, and households in Planning Center People, you should not have to rebuild that list in another tool. Church Directory is a member-facing prayer directory and name-learning app that syncs from Planning Center — so the roster stays familiar and up to date.

System of record vs. member app

Planning Center remains your system of record. Church Directory syncs the roster (names, photos, birthdays, family groups, and related fields your church chooses) so members can pray, look people up, and learn faces without re-entering names. Contact changes members make in Church Directory can sync back to Planning Center; prayer requests and interests stay in Church Directory.

Automatic sync runs about every four hours (staggered per church). Church admins can also run Sync now from admin Sync.

Who can sign in

Members sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address on their Planning Center profile — no password to remember. People without a deliverable email usually will not appear under the current model until an email is added in Planning Center and the roster syncs. Details are in the FAQ.

Self-serve setup

A church admin with People Manager or Editor access can start at onboard.churchdirectory.app/start, authorize OAuth, choose who appears in the directory, and begin a 30-day trial ($39/month or $400/year — no setup fee). Day-to-day ops live at admin.churchdirectory.app.
